By accessing Auto-Find, you agree to these Terms of Service. You are welcome to browse our listings regardless of age. However, to create an account, post listings, or contact sellers, you must be at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may still explore the platform but may not register or engage in any transactions. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.

Auto-Find is an online vehicle marketplace that allows users to list vehicles for sale and for buyers to browse and contact sellers. We act solely as a platform connecting buyers and sellers — we are not a party to any transaction and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any listing.

• We do not verify ownership of vehicles listed on the platform.
• We do not participate in or mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• We are not responsible for the outcome of any transaction facilitated through the platform.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

To create listings or contact sellers, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You may not use another person's account without their permission.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

When you create a listing or submit any content on Auto-Find, you represent and warrant that you have the right to do so, and that the content is accurate and not misleading.

• Listings must accurately describe the vehicle, including its condition, mileage, and any known defects.
• You may not list vehicles you do not own or have no right to sell.
• Listing prices must be stated in euros and must reflect a genuine offer.
• You are solely responsible for the content of your listings.
• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms or that we deem inappropriate, without notice.

By submitting a listing, you grant Auto-Find a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and adapt the listing content — including photos and vehicle descriptions — on our platform and across our marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, newsletters, and advertisements. This licence remains in effect for as long as the listing is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for promotional purposes.

You may not use Auto-Find for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the platform, other users, or third parties. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
• Impersonating another person or entity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Using automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from the platform.
• Engaging in spam, phishing, or any form of unsolicited communication.
• Using the messaging system for purposes unrelated to vehicle transactions.
• Uploading content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

All content that forms part of the Auto-Find platform — including but not limited to the name, logo, design, layout, typography, database structure, user interface elements, software, and written content — is the exclusive property of Auto-Find or is used with the express permission of the respective rights holders. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property law including copyright, trademark, and database rights.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, republish, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
• Unauthorised use may result in civil or criminal liability.
• Content you submit (listings, photos, descriptions) remains your property, subject to the licence grant described in Section 4.

Auto-Find is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any listing content submitted by users. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Auto-Find and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to Auto-Find at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect, via email or a notice on the platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of Auto-Find after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. For consumer users, this does not affect any mandatory protections you are entitled to under the laws of your country of residence. For all other disputes, the courts of the judicial district of Belgium shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity of the rest of these terms.
